BMW driver banned after Hereford arrest

Daniel Martin Tilley admitted drug-driving when he appeared before magistrates in Hereford. Prosecutor Jonathan Purser said Tilley had been stopped behind the wheel of a BMW in Hereford s Holmer Road at 12.45pm on September 25. Officers noted he had dilated pupils and the 31-year-old was arrested after failing a roadside drug test. An evidential blood test revealed he had three microgrammes of cannabis metabolite delta-9-tetrahydrocannabinol per litre of blood. The legal limit is two.
