The Eastern Ontario Health Unit confirmed 35 new cases of COVID-19 on Tuesday afternoon, continuing a trend of daily double-digit increases underway since mid-March.
Of the 35 new cases disclosed Tuesday, 12 are in Cornwall, one in North Glengarry, one in South Stormont, two in North Stormont, three in North Dundas, one in Casselman, four in The Nation, three in Champlain, two in Alfred & Plantagenet, and seven in Clarence-Rockland. The EOHU also removed a case from the tally in Hawkesbury.
