Anyone wanting to make their 2021 Cadillac Escalade full-size luxury SUV look as mean as possible would be well advised to steer clear of bright colors and stick to monochrome, preferably with a lot of dark accents in gray or black. For inspiration, we’re bringing you a live photo gallery of a 2021 Escalade with Black Raven paint and equipped with the Onyx Package spotted recentl
GM Enhanced Super Cruise Review: Hands-free driving adds auto lane-change
Chris Davies - Feb 9, 2021, 7:00am CST
Editors Rating: 8/10
Automatic lane change works smoothly & naturally
GM s human-like driving is relaxingly proficient
Availability is finally expanding across GM s portfolio
Cons
Only works on mapped highways
Requires an OnStar subscription after the bundled period
This isn t autonomous driving - you re still responsible
You can’t buy an autonomous car yet, but you can get some seriously impressive help behind the wheels on the highways. GM’s Enhanced Super Cruise adds automatic lane changing to its hands-off driver assistance, a long-anticipated feature that arrives just as the automaker prepares to nudge the technology into the spotlight. As I discovered in the 2021 Escalade, however, it has a few other new tricks up its sleeve too.
2021 Cadillac XT4: Pros And Cons ++ At least it looks good.
The Cadillac XT4 competes in a tough space: subcompact luxury crossovers. That means it takes on the very good alternatives like the Audi Q3, the Mercedes-Benz GLA, and the Volvo XC40, among others. With that in mind, there s little – possibly outside of looks – that would get us to choose the XT4 over any of those alternatives.
We put nearly 1,000 miles on the Cadillac XT4 and discovered a poorly executed option in a class ripe with much better options. The engine is loud and harsh, the throttle is too jerky, and the relatively stiff suspension and unsupportive seats simply make it uncomfortable over long distances.

2021 Cadillac Escalade
Cadillac’s full-size sport utility vehicle, the Escalade, gets a complete redesign for 2021, with new styling, interiors and “pioneering technologies,” and, for the first time, the choice of a diesel engine.
As before, the Escalade comes in two body length: the regular-length Escalade (base Luxury model, $76,195 plus $1,295 freight), at 211.9 inches, and the Escalade ESV ($79,195), at 226.9 inches.
The two sizes are like the difference between the Chevrolet Tahoe and Chevrolet Suburban, which are essentially siblings to the Escalade and Escalade ESV (as are the GMC Yukon and Yukon XL).
Those prices are for the base rear-wheel-drive models. Four-wheel drive is available for an additional $3,000.
