What motivates you? There’s a couple of things. I have a background in performing, which is how I got into business in the first place because I was really motivated by the idea that I could financially support myself and be able to do what I love. Obviously acting and music are the not most financially sustainable career paths, so I wanted to still be able to do the things the I love but also have some backing behind me and be able to work for myself and be flexible in that sense.
