In Toms River, East Tuna Way in the Ocean Beach 2 area. Commenters on the Jersey Shore Hurricane News post said two other nearby beaches were closed as well.  This is absolutely out of control. First a pandemic and now this being done to our beaches?!?  Small businesses really need a lifeline and we need to hold who is doing this responsible. At first it was talk of storms churning up waste (overflows, in addition to wind direction and tides, bringing the needles onto the beaches) but COME ON, I m not a professional environmentalist, but this many needles is not a coincidence in my opinion, it was a decision made by sickos to dump.  Again, that is just my opinion.
