They include issues with decorating standards to a leaking roof. The upstairs bedrooms need a complete floor renovation, which has forced Leigh to work from his in-law’s motor home because of lockdown restrictions.
The developers, though, deny the roof has leaked. We found problems the day we moved in and it is hard because you know there are going to be some snags, Leigh, a bank manager, said today.

As Liverpool Echo reports, the open plan kitchen and dining room leads onto a playroom and opens out completely onto the garden through sliding patio doors.
When open, the patio doors help create a stunning entertainment area, perfect for al-fresco dining, barbecuing or hosting guests.
There’s also the added bonus of a downstairs toilet and cloakroom.

Below this, in the basement is a cosy home cinema room, with the bonus of an additional kitchen and two storerooms.
All five bedrooms are found on the first and second floors.
