Since we love cars more than so many other things, we really can’t imagine ourselves leaving an icon like a 1966 Ford Mustang on the side of the road, no matter if it’s working or not.
1961 was the last year for the Chevrolet Parkwood as a stand-alone model, with the GM brand then deciding to include the wagon in other series it produced under different names, including the Biscayne, Bel Air, and Impala.

It’s pretty clear from the photos we included in the gallery (originally added to the eBay ad by seller bohrtz123) that this Charger has seen better days. While it comes with plenty of rust and lacks an engine and transmission, it’s still a looker so many people want to take it home.
The 1968 Charger is actually the model that gave birth to the second-generation series, coming with a 2-door hardtop body style and an engine lineup that comprised a 225 (3.7-liter) straight-six and several V8 engines, including a 440ci (7.2-liter) Six Pack added in 1970.

Produced until 1972, the new Chevelle was available with both straight-six engines and big-block V8s, with a 454ci (7.4-liter) also installed on the popular 1970 Chevelle SS.
The Chevelle you’re looking at here, however, is a ’68 example powered by a 307ci (5.0-liter) engine, and the best of all is that it’s the original engine Chevrolet installed 53 years ago when the car left the factory.
The engine isn’t the only original part coming on this Chevelle, and there’s more good news in this regard. The air conditioning system, the power steering, and the power brakes are all there, all original, all working. eBay seller moparhunter71 claims the car is currently at its second owner after it was purchased by a woman who drove it on a daily basis.
