Promoter Eddie Hearn says that Tyson Fury will fight Anthony Joshua this summer in Saudi Arabia in a high-profile heavyweight boxing match.
Fury and Joshua have been rumored to fight for quite some time now and the fight looks like it is finally making progress to come to fruition. Speaking to Sky Sports television, Hearn confirmed that the fight is on for August and it will take place in Saudi Arabia.
“Aug. 7, Aug. 14, I think it’s a very bad secret that the fight is happening in Saudi Arabia,” Hearn said (h/t ESPN). “It’s the same people we did the deal with for Andy Ruiz Jr., that event was spectacular. As partners, they were fantastic as well.”

Chris Eubank Jr showed glimpses of the methodology of Roy Jones Jr during his return against Marcus Morrison on Saturday, as he looks to reach his potential this year.
Eubank Jr put on a convincing display against a game and tough Morrison, who more than held his own, but was ultimately beaten widely on the cards.
The Brighton man had his opponent hurt in the second round and pinned to the ropes, but instead of looking to close the show he opted instead to box his way to a ten round decision and bank the rounds in his first fight, since a two round win over Matt Korobov in December 2019 and under the tutelage of the former four-weight world champion.

Demetrius Andrade overcame the stern challenge of Liam Williams, as the Rhode Island native defended his WBO Middleweight title by dropping ‘The Machine’ in the second round on the way to a wide win on the scorecards at the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino in Hollywood, Florida on Saturday.
It was the fourth defence of the belt that Andrade (30-0, 18 KOs) won back in October 2018, and he was facing his mandatory challenger in Williams (23-3-1, 18 KOs).
Andrade made a quick start and began with intent, and a flurry of punches followed by an overhand left buzzed Williams as early as the first minute of the contest.

Anthony Tomlinson believes he is on the verge of breaking through into the British Welterweight scene and insists he is a gamble for his rivals.
Former Central Area champion, Tomlinson (12-0, 7 KOs) is targeting a return to the ring in an eight rounder in March, having not fought since stopping Stewart Burt in the ninth round at the Sheffield Arena in February.
The undefeated Sheffield man, who has recently moved back to his old amateur gym, following an amicable split from trainer Stefy Bull is fully confident he will be considered amongst a thriving British scene, which includes Conor Benn, Josh Kelly, Chris Kongo and Michael McKinson to name a few.
