Latest route launches
GoAir began Hyderabad to Male on 11 February, with the 1,541-kilometre service operating four-weekly.
The carrier will have four routes to Maldives capital this winter: Hyderabad along with Bangalore, Delhi, and Mumbai.
This winter, five airlines are scheduled to operate between Male and India with eight routes, OAG shows. GoAir is the leading carrier by seat capacity.
The Indian LCC also has 18 routes from Hyderabad, with Male its only international offering.

One thousand (1,000) medicinal plants were distributed to passengers arriving in Hyderabad from other places at Shamshabad International Airport as part of the crore tree planting.

HYDERABAD: The GMR Hyderabad International Airport Limited (GHIAL) on Thursday launched GoAir’s maiden direct flight service from Hyderabad to Malé in Maldives.
Amidst much fanfare, the first GoAir aircraft took off from Hyderabad at around 11.40 am and reached the Maldives Velana International Airport at 1.30 pm. Flights will operate between GMR Hyderabad International Airport and Malé four times a week - Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday.
