‘Class A drugs’ packages found in sea off Sussex

The items were discovered shortly before 6am on Monday and have been seized by police. They were found off the coast of St Leonards, near Hastings in East Sussex. A spokesperson for Sussex Police said: “In liaison with the coastguard, and East Sussex Fire and Rescue Service, the packages were recovered and will be tested to determine what they are.“They are suspected to be Class A drugs and have been taken to an undisclosed secure location.”
May 24, 2021 THE Clark Development Corporation (CDC) recently donated various medical supplies and assorted grocery items to the Armed Forces of the Philippines (AFP)-Northern Luzon Command (Nolcom) at Camp Servillano Aquino in San Miguel, Tarlac.
CDC President and CEO Manuel Gaerlan turned over the donations to Nolcom Chief Lieutenant General Arnulfo Burgos and Colonel Rodney Intal.
The donated materials will be distributed to the members of the AFP-Nolcom to help ensure their protection while serving in the front lines.
In a statement, CDC said this initiative aims to strengthen the partnership between CDC and Nolcom.
Gaerlan cited the commitment of the members and officials of Nolcom in serving the country.
