Because of inclement winter weather affecting the demand for energy supplies in the Texas Panhandle region, area schools are making the decision to either close or to not host in-person instruction Wednesday, Feb. 17.  Here is a running list of schools that have announced changes for Wednesday:  Amarillo Independent School District:
