Now here’s something really eye-catching. Like it or not, this will get you the stares. Hyundai-Sime Darby Motors (HSDM) has introduced special editions of the eighth-generation DN8 Hyundai Sonata and the Grand Starex Executive Plus. Looking at the what we have here, SE might as well be for “sporty edition” (it’s not).
Let’s start with the MPV, which is dressed-up N-style. The inspiration is clearly the iMax N “Drift Bus” that Hyundai Australia created in 2019 for laughs. Porsche India has launched the Panamera facelift in the country and prices start at ₹ 1.45 crore. The Panamera will be available in four variants - Panamera, Panamera GTS, Panamera Turbo S and the Panamera Turbo S E-hybrid. The new Panamera models gets a front end which has striking air intake grilles, large side cooling openings and a single-bar front light module. The completely new front end of the Panamera Turbo S is differentiated by the larger side air intakes and newly designed elements in the exterior colour, which are connected horizontally and thus emphasise the width of the vehicle.

Porsche India has rejigged the Panamera lineup in the country, with the base rear wheel drive Panamera now being the entry point to the range, in lieu of the erstwhile Panamera 4 priced at Rs 1.49 cr. Prices now start at Rs 1.45 crore, going up to Rs 2.43 crore (all prices ex-showroom) for the most powerful model in the range, the Panamera Turbo S E-Hybrid, a new model for India. Deliveries for the new models are set to begin currently.
The range starts with the Panamera, powered by a 2.9-litre biturbo V6 with 330PS/450Nm, while stepping up to the GTS gets you a 4.0-litre biturbo V8 with 480PS/620Nm. The Turbo S outputs are upped as well, with its 4.0-litre biturbo V8 now producing 630PS and 820Nm, an increase of 80PS and 50Nm over the pr
