9:09 a.m.: An Islington Street and Brewster Street caller said that, as he was going by in his car, a man on the side of the road with a walking stick hit the side of his car with the stick. The caller did not have a description of the male and had not yet checked for damage to his vehicle. The male subject was gone upon police arrival.
9:41 a.m.: Verbal warning given to a Congress Street driver for registration.
10:52 a.m.: A city resident said that cars racing up and down Woodbury Avenue and Gosling Road were being very loud that morning. Police determined that there had been a car show in Newington and that many of the vehicles had loud exhaust.

PORTSMOUTH, NH A Portsmouth man died due to injuries sustained during a crash between a motorcycle and tractor-trailer truck on Tuesday, according to police.
Around 2:45 p.m., officers and firefighters were sent to the intersection of Greenland and Griffin roads for a report of a crash. Before arriving, according to Sgt. Jordan Wells of the Portsmouth Police Department, one of the parties was unresponsive. When they arrived and investigated the accident, police said the motorcycle, being ridden by Todd Young, 31, of Portsmouth, collided with a section of the truck and was pronounced dead.

9:02 a.m.: Report taken for a motor vehicle theft after a caller said someone stole his Honda vehicle on Fleet Street the evening prior. The caller said he lost his keys the night before and the car was parked outside of Moxy.
9:12 a.m.: Summons issued to a Lafayette Road driver.
9:53 a.m.: Caller said a few juveniles tried to throw an abandoned bicycle into their yard around 2 a.m. but it had gotten stuck in the fence. Police took the bike and its owner eventually came to pick it up at the police station.
10:40 a.m.: Verbal warning given to a Banfield Road and Constitution Avenue driver for having an uninspected vehicle.
