SaskTel outage planned for Bjorkdale, Porcupine Plain area

SaskTel has a planned service outage for Thursday morning in Bjorkdale and Porcupine Plain. Between midnight and 6 a.m. crews are performing maintenance on the network infrastructure in the area. During that time, SaskTel Internet, wireless, and landline will be unavailable. Also the Saskatchewan RCMP are saying residents in Porcupine Plain and Bjorkdale will need to go to nearest detachment if they’re in need of police services during the outage. They have planned for this and will have officers available. People in Bjorkdale can go to the Tisdale location at 1302 102nd Street and Porcupine Plain residents can go to their own detachment at 343 Walnut Street.
