Share Jab drive announced for two more Phnom Penh districts Sat, 15 May 2021 The Phnom Penh Municipal Administration on May 15 announced a first-dose novel-coronavirus vaccination campaign for Boeung Keng Kang and Sen Sok districts from May 18-31, and a follow-up second-shot drive from June 1-15. Twenty vaccination sites have been set up in a combined 13 communes across both districts – mostly at schools and health centres, according to the announcement signed by municipal governor Khuong Sreng. It called on residents of the two districts to avoid travelling to vaccination sites without having received a patient invitation letter from local authorities. Sreng stressed that the greater vaccination effort would pull out all the stops to ensure that all Phnom Penh resident aged 18 and over have received at least one dose of a coronavirus jab by end-June.
