Hello there, NXT fans! It’s Tuesday evening, which means it’s time for another episode of NXT also known as the place where Karrion Kross DOESN’T get pinned in a squash by a midcard babyface who was on a losing streak and puts their feet on the ropes to win! I’m Jeremy Thomas, as usual, and tonight we have a real big show with fallout from Kross’ attack on Samoa Joe last week, Raquel Gonzalez defending the NXT Women’s Championship against Xia Li, Franky Monet back in action, and more! There’s a lot going on so without further ado, let’s get right into it.

Virtua Fighter 5 Ultimate Showdown finally released last month after years of waiting for a new entry in the series, and the developers seem quite keen on supporting the game with more updates.
Sega has released the Version 1.04 update for VF5 on PlayStation 4 alongside a detailed list of patch notes that adds in some new features that players have been asking for.
The big addition in the patch seems to be the inclusion of the invite feature for Room Matches as well as the ability to set private slots for those invitees.

Match 1: Calvin Tankman vs Dragon Bane (Quarterfinals)
Speed vs Power. Bane comes in fast and staggers the big man but Tankman hits a big powerbomb and press pin for two. Tankman landing big shots but Bane is resilient. Bane with some useless chops and Tankman returns with some withering shots. Bane with a rana and hooks both legs for two. Tankman eats the concrete but it’s not enough. Bane reverses a powerbomb to another rana. Superkicks and a destroyer! Bane with a beautiful shooting star but Calvin is out at two. One arm spinebuster, backfist and the sitout tombstone, Calvin Tankman advances.
