CONCORD, NH Keith R. Dame, 44, of Bog Road in Concord was arrested at 7:51 a.m. on April 10, 2021, on conduct after an accident and two receiving stolen property charges. In the property charge case, back on Nov. 17, 2020, police were sent to Concord Area Transit on Industrial Park Drive for a report of stolen catalytic converters, according to an affidavit. About an hour later, the manager of Schnitzer s Scrap Metal Yard reported two people attempting to sell catalytic converters. Both, she said, were missing heat shields and were consistent with ones used on trucks. The officer showed up and spoke to Dame, who was with a woman, according to an affidavit, and was attempting to get cash for the converters. Bobbi-Jo Cooper was fast asleep when her son, Dylan, came into her room shouting that their apartment building was on fire.
“We didn’t have time to react to get anything, we just came out with what we had on,” she said Tuesday morning after the fire had been put out. “No coats, no shoes, that was it. It went so quickly.”
The fire at the Pinewood Willage apartments off Bog Road in Concord was called in just before midnight Monday. It was the second serious fire in the area this month; the earlier one led to arson charges against a 22-year-old Concord man.

CONCORD, NH A Concord man, who pleaded guilty to lighting fires at a convenience store more than three years ago, was arrested on another arson charge last week, according to police.
Concord fire and rescue teams, while on a call at Margarita s in Bicentennial Square, where a fire was reported in a second-floor bathroom, were sent to the Pines Apartment on Bog Road for an alarm activation around 12:30 a.m. on April 16. According to Concord Fire Chief Sean Brown, firefighters reported fire from the third floor of the building with residents trapped inside.
