Krispy Kreme is Going Public | QSR magazine

Krispy Kreme is poised to become a public company once again, the chain announced Tuesday.  The brand said it confidentially submitted a draft registration statement to the SEC related to the IPO of its common stock. Krispy Kreme has not yet determined the number of shares to be offered and the price range for the proposed offering.  "The initial public offering is expected to take place after the SEC completes its review process, subject to market and other conditions," the company said in a statement.

Dutch Bros Coffee Mulls IPO | QSR magazine

In 2020, the company opened 70 units. Dutch Bros Coffee is reportedly weighing an IPO for later in 2021, according to Bloomberg.  The Oregon-based chain, which has more than 450 units, is seeking to be valued at around $3 billion, sources told the media outlet. The company has talked to advisors, but no final decision has been made on the matter.  Dutch Bros prides itself as being the largest privately owned coffee chain in the U.S. In October 2018, the chain announced that private equity firm TSG Consumer Partners had acquired a minority stake. Financial terms of the deal weren’t disclosed. At the time, Dutch Bros expected to leverage TSG’s expertise and resources to reach 800 stores in five years and attract talent, employ innovative technology, and use business intelligence and data to advance operations.

Hundreds of jobs are now available through local restaurants and hotels. The May 4 fair will take place at the Alloy hotel in King of Prussia from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. King of Prussia District is offering $20,000 in bonuses to the first group of individuals hired at the fair. Coming off a difficult year, it s difficult for us to hear that our hotels and restaurants are struggling to staff up for the increased business, said Eric Goldstein, the executive director of King of Prussia District. We hope that by highlighting the many reasons why KOP is great place to work and offering an extra incentive with the bonus, we can encourage people to start the next chapter in their employment journey in King of Prussia.
