DAVIESS CO., Ind. (WFIE) - Indiana State Police have arrested a Washington man for possession of child pornography.
54-year-old Christopher Dillon is booked in the Dubois County Jail for the level five felony.
Detectives started an investigation on February 1, which gave them probable cause to arrest Dillon.
Officials tell us the Jasper City Police Department is assisting in this on-going investigation.

RICHMOND, Va. (AP) - A proposal to eliminate most mandatory minimum sentences in Virginia has won approval from a key legislative committee.
The legislation cleared by the Senate Judiciary Committee on Monday would end mandatory minimum jail and prison terms for more than 200 crimes, including drunken driving, gun violations, drug distribution, and possession or distribution of child pornography.
Under the bill, a mandatory minimum sentence for capital murder would remain in place.

KANSAS CITY, Mo. â A Kansas City, Missouri, man has been charged with rape and possession of child pornography.
Independence police said a woman told them that she met 23-year old Jamen L. Jackson online and invited him to her residence, according to court documents. She said that when he arrived, he pulled out a handgun, pointed it at her and ordered her to perform oral sex on him while he recorded with his phone.
When officers arrested Jackson, they searched his phone and found multiple videos of the woman engaged in sexual acts with him. Other images with unknown women also were found on his phone, as well as dozens of images of child pornography.
