Expresso Morning Show presenter Katlego Maboe.
This comes after he was snubbed by the South African Film and TV Awards.
The Saftas have withdrawn Katlego from the nomination list under the Best TV Presenter Public Vote category.
It’s still unclear if this decision was based on the video clip in which Katlego confessed to cheating on his wife went viral last year.
The awards issued a statement on Friday 14 May, confirming Katlego has been removed from the list of nominees.

The South African Film and Television Awards (SAFTAs) have decided to rescind their nomination for beleaguered TV presenter Katlego Maboe, who had been punted for the Best TV Presenter Public Vote category.
Their decision is likely related to the mountainous scandal that has befallen Maboe in the last few months, with the former Expresso Morning Show host lambasted by the South African public over an extremely public marital dispute in which his dirty laundry was hung out for all to see.
JAYE Malta has hosted its hotly-anticipated National Finals online for a second year running, with the 2021 award winners now set to compete virtually at a European level.
Held each May, the Finals are an opportunity for student teams from across JAYE’s entrepreneurship programmes to present their work to expert independent judging panels. Due to the challenges presented by the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, however, all participants in this year’s event prepared for it without ever meeting their teammates in person, instead working together virtually from start to finish.
As well as the coveted Company of the Year Award, the Candid team won the Chamber of Commerce Membership Award and the Atlas Digital Marketing Innovation Award. Team Mycro Pixel Studio was presented with the Farsons Ready for Work Award, while Unlimited took both the Deloitte Best Business Plan Award and the EQF Quality Excellence Award.
