THE reopening of indoor hospitality will go ahead on Monday despite Ireland facing up to 4,000 new Covid-19 cases per day in a matter of weeks due to the Delta variant.
Any further lifting of pandemic restrictions such as the increase of wedding capacity to 100 has been put on ice due to fears about the growing fourth wave.
