Amy Hubbs, a 1998 Central Hardin High School graduate, has a new series premiering tonight on FOX.
The show â Call Me Kat,â stars Mayim Bialik as the owner of a cat cafe in Louisville.
Hubbs previously worked on a CBS show âThe Crazy Ones,â staring Robin Williams, two seasons with an NBC sitcom called âGreat Newsâ executive produced by Tina Fey, along with two other NBC sitcoms called âAP Bioâ and âSunnyside.â She also worked on a show called âAlone Togetherâ on Freeform. She wrote pilots for a show on Freeform set in Kentucky and one for NBC that was inspired by the time she worked as a letter carrier with her dad at the Elizabethtown post office.

The show is set to be produced by David E. Kelley, who has worked on projects such as The Crazy Ones, Mr. Mercedes, and Big Little Lies.
Along with Melissa James Gibson, Kelley will serve as a writer, showrunner, and executive producer on the series.

The show has been envisioned to change its viewpoint with each new season, and its first season is slated to be comprised of six hourlong episodes.
