Kars son yılların en sıcak yazını yaşıyor. Hava sıcaklığının 30 dereceyi gördüğü kentte vatandaşlar serinlemek için Çıldır Gölü ne yöneldi. Aileleriyle birlikte dönemim Valisi Rahmi Doğan tarafından yaptırılan Kütük Ev bölgesine geliyor. Burada çam ağaçları arasında bir süre dinlenen vatandaşlar daha sonra kendilerini buz gibi Çıldır Gölü nün sularına bırakıyor.
