OTCMKTS:EEGUF) is pleased to announce that EMG Northern Territory Holdings Pty Limited ( EMG NT ), a member of The Energy & Minerals Group ( EMG ), has delivered a Notice of Exercise of Tag Along Right ( the Tag Right ) to Pangaea (NT) Pty Limited ( Pangaea ) pursuant to which it has exercised its right to sell its 17.5% interest in EP167, EP168, EP169, EP198 and EP305 (collectively, the Tenements ) to Imperial Oil & Gas A Pty Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of Empire, on the same pro rata terms as the sale of Pangaea s interests in the Tenements. The Tag Right was flagged to Empire shareholders in the announcement dated 14 April 2021.

Empire Energy has announced that it expects to commence the fracture stimulation and flow testing of its Beetaloo Sub-basin vertical discovery well,
Carpentaria-
1, in early June, and is planning further seismic acquisition and horizontal appraisal drilling later in 2021 (subject to regulatory approvals).
Highlights include:
Long lead items including high quality manufactured proppant ordered and en route to site
Empire plans to be in the field in early June 2021 to carry out the vertical fracture stimulation and flow testing program
The program will target each of the four most prospective zones in the stacked Velkerri shale sequence (A, B, Intra A/B, C)

Sydney-listed Empire Energy expects to start the fracture stimulation and flow testing of its Beetaloo sub-basin vertical discovery well, Carpentaria-1, in early June, it said on April 23. It plans further seismic acquisition and horizontal appraisal drilling later this year.
The upcoming vertical fracture stimulation and flow testing programme on the well will provide critical insights into the hydrocarbon composition and flow rate potential of the key Velkerri shale zones encountered during drilling, the company added.
