Wow Bao will bring its menu to 100 new locations, across the U.S. and Canada, starting next week thanks to a partnership with Ghost Kitchen Brands.
The Chicago-based brand is ahead of schedule in its quest to grow to 1,000 locations by the end of the year, according to a press release.
A good number of the kitchens will be housed inside Walmart stores, with some offering seating and all providing carryout and third-party delivery. Wow Bao began using the ghost kitchen approach one year ago and has grown from six stores to over 300. We are thrilled to accelerate our expansion across the U.S. and Canada with this important partnership and the innovators at Ghost Kitchen Brands, Geoff Alexander, president and CEO, said in the release. As we grow our footprint and our brand, it is important for Wow Bao to form the right alliances and we certainly found that in Ghost Kitchen Brands.
