17 May 2021 - Tullow Oil plc ( Tullow or the Company ) is pleased to announce that it has completed its offering of $1,800 million aggregate principal amount of 10.250% senior secured notes due 2026 (the Notes ). Interest will be payable semi-annually. The Notes, whose net proceeds will be used to (i) repay all amounts outstanding under, and cancel all commitments made available pursuant to, the Company s existing Reserves Based Lending Facility, (ii) redeem in full the Company s senior notes due 2022, (iii) at maturity, repay in full and cancel the Company s convertible bonds due 2021 and (iv) pay fees and expenses incurred in connection with the transactions, will be the general senior secured obligations of the Company and guaranteed by certain of the Company s subsidiaries.

EUGENE, Ore. On Saturday, Bushnell University hosted two separate in-person graduation ceremonies outside on the campus quad at West 11th Avenue between Alder and Kincaid streets.
The first ceremony began at 10 a.m. and the second one began at 2 p.m.
113 undergraduates and 43 graduates received their degrees over both ceremonies, and students were allowed two tickets for friends and families.

PORTLAND While still insisting publicly that his high-stakes Ritz-Carlton development in downtown Portland is fully funded, real estate developer Walt Bowen is again fishing for dollars from local investors.
BPM Development, Bowen’s company, this week sent out invitations to various stockbrokers, money managers and other investment professionals to an online update on the Ritz project. “Join us virtually to learn about this unique OZ (opportunity zone) real estate investment opportunity,” reads an invitation.
At just about a million square feet, the Ritz will cost nearly $600 million to build, making it one of the largest and most expensive real estate developments in city history.
