HIDDEN MEADOWS (KUSI) – A shooting near Boulder Oaks Golf Club left a man wounded Friday.
The firearm assault in the 28200 block of Meadow Glen Way in Hidden Meadows was reported about 11:30 a.m., according to sheriff’s officials.
Paramedics took the victim to a hospital for treatment of injuries of undisclosed severity. His identity was not immediately available.

SANTEE
A busy Santee intersection was shut down Wednesday evening as authorities cleaned up chemicals that spilled in a non-injury crash, sheriff’s officials said.
The multiple-vehicle collision occurred around 3:45 p.m. at Mission Gorge Road and Cuyamaca Street, according to sheriff’s officials.

While no injuries were reported, one of the involved vehicles was apparently a work truck that spilled bottles of chlorine, according to sheriff’s Lt. Pat McEvoy. Emergency crews were working to clean up the spilled chemicals before they reached the storm drain.
IMPERIAL BEACH
A woman was injured when she was hit by a vehicle in an Imperial Beach intersection Tuesday afternoon, a sheriff’s official said.
The incident was reported about 3:10 p.m. at Imperial Beach Boulevard at Georgia Street, Lt. Pat McEvoy said.
The woman was conscious and breathing after the crash, and paramedics were at the scene, he said. The driver of the vehicle that hit her stopped and cooperated with deputies, he said.
Eastbound lanes of Imperial Beach Boulevard were shut down as authorities investigated the incident.

Bicyclist dies following collision with vehicle in Santee [The San Diego Union-Tribune]
A bicyclist died Monday afternoon following a collision with a vehicle in Santee, and the crash shut down a portion of Mission Gorge Road near state Route 125, authorities said.
Details of how the vehicle and bicyclist crashed were not immediately available, but it happened about 3:45 p.m. on Mission Gorge Road at Fanita Drive, just west of SR-125, according to sheriff’s Lt. Pat McEvoy.
The victim, described only as a male of unknown age, sustained grave head trauma, McEvoy said. Medics rushed him to a hospital, where he died.
