The winds caused several downed trees and power lines. At one point nearly 2,000 homes and businesses were without power. WESCOM received numerous calls of downed lines. Winds were in excess of 55 mph at times.

A small plane reportedly flipped over on the runway at Martin Field in College Place. No one was injured in the incident.
