Pavilion Kuala Lumpur’s Chinese New Year ad featuring a 3D Golden Bull Greeting video has brought onboard Samsung as one of its major advertisers. This is the first time Samsung is tapping on a 3D activation for its OOH advertising in Malaysia after being approached by Brandavision, and it can be safely said that the iconic Golden Bull played a role in captivating the attention of the smartphone maker.
So much so, that in Samsung’s latest ad, it pays homage to the golden bull with a businessman pausing to watch the video and capturing it on his Samsung foldable smartphone. He then showcases it to his family.

Tommy Thompson Park has long been a favourite spot for cyclists, runners and nature-lovers in Toronto, and the park now has a brand new pavilion at its entrance that will soon serve as a way to welcome visitors with open arms.
The newly-constructed pavilion building, part of the park s Entrance Revitalization Project, has been in the works for several years now promising an enhanced visitor experience for those looking to spend time in Toronto s urban wilderness destination.

Pavilion imports Singapore s 1st carbon neutral LNG
Pavilion Energy has imported Singapore’s first carbon neutral LNG cargo, the company said on April 15.
Carbon emissions associated with the LNG cargo will be offset by retiring carbon credits sourced from Pavilion s portfolio of carbon offset projects. These projects – Evio Kuinaji Ese Eja Cuana in Peru and Liangdu Afforestation in China – are certified under the Verified Carbon Standard and Climate, Community and Biodiversity Standard.

La Biennale di Venezia has just announced in a press conference, live-streamed on April 12, that the 17th International Architecture Exhibition under the theme of “How will we live together?” curated by Hashim Sarkis, will open to the public from Saturday 22 May through Sunday 21 November 2021 at the Giardini, the Arsenale, and Forte Marghera. During Toronto’s last great construction boom which lasted from, say, 1955 to 1980 something magical began on a random day in 1959. A few dump trucks loaded with, perhaps, pieces of a Victorian-era, carved sandstone building (demolished to make way for a new, glassy one) were dumped into the lake at the foot of Leslie St. in the city’s light-industrial east end.
Eventually, with the construction of the Bloor-Danforth Subway, dozens more glassy skyscrapers, and the general movement of earth required to build a modern city, the Toronto Harbour Commissioners had, rubbly bit by rebar-encrusted bit, created a breakwater that stretched out like a long finger into Lake Ontario.
