A DUI stop was made and after an investigation, the person was arrested. Police say they made a call to a family member to come pick up the car, but when that person showed up, he also appeared to be impaired. After a second DUI investigation, the second family member was arrested. Bellevue police called another family member, and when they arrived the suspects and vehicles were released to the sober family member.

Officials say Nicholas Holliday was arrested in connection to the shooting and booked into Sarpy County jail early Monday morning. William Dobson was arrested for investigation of dealing and possessing child pornography following an investigation that started in mid-March. While serving a search warrant in the 1800 block 129th Pl SE, investigators said they found more than 1,000 child pornography pictures and videos on multiple electronic devices owned by Dobson. “This case is extremely disturbing, both in the vast number of images and in the severity of the depictions,” stated Captain Debbie Ingram. “In this investigation alone, there are more than 800 minor victims. 20-year-old Fremont man charged with rape of 12-year-old girl

FREMONT - A Fremont man has been charged with first-degree felony rape after a woman reported her 12-year-old daughter was with a 20-year-old man. Police responded to a North Prospect Street home around 11:47 p.m. Sunday after the mother of the 12-year-old girl said her daughter was at the home of Isaiah Hernandez after the mother had told him to cease contact with the adolescent. When police questioned Hernandez, he said the girl was 18. Fremont Police Officer Vincent Bocardo then asked Hernandez if he could speak to the girl, prompting the man to say she s not 12, you know that right.
