Coronavirus by the numbers
The San Diego County Health & Human Services Agency posts an updated list at 8 a.m. daily of coronavirus cases by ZIP code, including rates per 100,000 residents. Through May 16, ZIP code 92037 had 1,599 registered cases (up by seven from last week) and 3,694.1 per 100,000. ZIP code is the code of residence, which may not be the location of exposure.
The county also posts a list by ZIP code of the number of residents who have received at least one dose of COVID-19 vaccine. Through May 16, 27,990 residents of the 92037 ZIP code had received a vaccine.
N.J. man accused of hit-and-run that injured 10-year-old bicyclist

A 32-year-old Waterford man is accused of a hitting a 10-year-old bicyclist with his pickup truck on Friday, briefly stopping and then driving away, authorities say.
William Michael, of Garden Avenue in the Atco section of Waterford, was arrested Saturday after police tracked down his metallic blue 2019 Chevy Silverado 1500 in an apartment complex on Fellowship Road in Mount Laurel. The arrest report did not say where Michael was taken into custody.

YARMOUTH PORT On a gift of a sunny spring day last Saturday, two of the Cape s foremost local historians walked 25 tourgoers back into the time of Yarmouth s Indian reservation.
Established c.1713, the 160-acre reservation stretched from Packet Landing to Long Pond, site of a glacial rock cairn commemorating the last natives who lived there.

You could argue that delis are New Jersey’s greatest culinary treasure. Italian delis, Jewish delis, Polish delis, delis of all shapes and sizes populate the Garden State. Delis have it all: sandwiches, wraps, burgers, breakfast, salads, soups and so much more.
If your town does not have a deli, maybe you should consider moving?
