The federal government has approved N6.25 billion to kick start cattle ranching in the country with Katsina State serving as the pilot scheme.
Presidential spokesman, Garba Shehu, in a release yesterday, stated that already, N5 billion had been released to Katsina State government for the take-off of the project.
