The $2.2million home where a real estate agent allegedly threatened to kill a woman with a samurai sword has hit the market, touted as a peaceful sanctuary .
Karl Howard, 44, allegedly attacked his date and her friend inside his home in Annandale, in Sydney s inner-west, just after 5am on February 8.
He was arrested and charged with assault occasioning actual bodily harm, wounding with intent to murder and trespassing.
Howard, who has since been stood down from Ray White in Balmain, has now listed his multimillion-dollar property at 73 Ferris Street in Annandale - the scene of the alleged crime.
