A Seaforth man is facing drug charges following a traffic stop.
On April 23rd police stopped a vehicle just after midnight on Perth Line 34 following a traffic violation.
While speaking with the driver drug paraphernalia was seen and the driver was found to be in possession of purple fentanyl.
Now the 30 year old is facing drug charges.

An 80-year-old driver from Brantford was arrested Tuesday after being caught travelling 60 kilometres per hour above the speed limit in the Village of Harmony, police say.
According to Stratford police, the driver’s vehicle was stopped in a 50 km/h zone on Perth Line 26 in Perth South around 3 p.m.

Police said an officer placed the driver under arrest after they refused to provide identification and attempted to drive away.

A 30-year-old Seaforth man faces charges after police say he was caught with purple fentanyl.
Perth County OPP says they stopped a vehicle just before midnight on Perth Line 34 on April 23rd after it caught the eye of an officer for a Highway Traffic Act violation.
Police say the officer found drug paraphernalia, as well as purple fentanyl, in the vehicle.
The man faces charges including drug possession and he has a future court date in Stratford.

A West Perth teen will have to find another ride after getting charged for stunt driving and speeding last week.
A Stratford officer clocked the 18-year-old’s vehicle at 137 kilometres an hour in an 80 km/h speed limit April 30 at 9:45 p.m. on Perth Line 20 in the area of Road 12 in Perth South.
