UPDATE: 84-year-old Milverton man killed in two-vehicle collision

Perth County OPP says roads in the area have now reopened.
An 84-year-old Milverton man is dead after a two-vehicle collision.
First responders were called out to the crash on Perth Road 131 at Perth Line 72, near Milverton, around 10:30 Tuesday morning.
The victim was pronounced dead at the scene and has been identified as David Gascho.
The investigation is ongoing, and members of the West Region OPP Traffic Incident Management and Enforcement Team are assisting Perth County OPP.
The areas surrounding Perth County Line 72 and Perth Road 131 are still closed and aren’t expected to reopen before 7 o’clock Tuesday night.

An 84-year-old Milverton man was killed in a two-car crash north of the Perth County village Tuesday morning.
David Gascho was pronounced dead at the scene, Perth County provincial police said.

The crash occurred before 11 a.m. on Perth County Line 72 at Perth Road 131, and police, firefighters from the Perth East Fire Department’s Milverton station and Perth County paramedics were on scene. Roads surrounding the collision were expected to remain closed until approximately 7 p.m. while Perth County OPP and West Region OPP Traffic Incident Management and Enforcement Team investigated.
