/ WSIP AM 1490 | CBS Sports Apr 27, 2021 10:13 AM A Martin Co was arrested Sunday night for allegedly kicking a woman in the face causing significant injuries. According to reports, the woman went to the Hospital with facial fractures from an attack. Hospital staff told Police the woman had multiple orbital and sinus fractures.  The woman reported to Hospital staff that 24 year-old Timothy Mullett of Tomahawk, shoved her to the ground and then kicked her in the face. Mullett reportedly admitted to Police that he and the woman had a verbal argument, but he denied kicking her. Mullett was arrested at a Johnson Co home. He was charged with second-degree assault and faces a prison sentence of up to 10 years if found guilty.  Mullett was lodged in the Big Sandy Regional Detention Center.
