COUCHICHING FIRST NATION A suspicious Christmas Day death in Couchiching First Nation death is under investigation after a report of a domestic assault with a weapon.
Ontario Provincial Police, called in by Treaty Three Police, are looking into the death of 41-year-old Randall Morrison of Big Grassy First Nation. The OPP said they responded to a Rainy Lake Boulevard residence, where police found three victims with superficial injuries and an unresponsive 41-year-old, who was taken to hospital where he was pronounced dead.
Treaty Three Police, with the assistance of the Rainy River District OPP and the OPP s criminal investigation branch, are looking into the circumstances surrounding the death.

When they arrived, they found an unresponsive 41-year-old man and three other people with minor injuries.
The man was pronounced dead at the hospital, and police have identified him as Randall Morrison of Big Grassy First Nation.
