When Lisa Todd left her Frankford home for the last time she took a pair of designer jeans, a purple camisole, a white patterned dress, two pairs of shoes, black mesh stockings and two rings.  It was October 1985. Senior year at Frankford High School was underway, but not for Lisa. She dropped out as a freshman. Lisa’s 18th birthday was two months away, but she was already dealing with adult responsibilities. She had a 2-year-old son and now a second baby due in just three months. Where Lisa Todd went that October day, and what happened, are questions that remain unanswered.

BENSALEM, Pa. - A traffic stop in Bensalem Saturday leads to large methamphetamine bust, Bucks County officials announce Monday. Eight kilos of meth were found inside a vehicle, with a street value of, at least, 1.6 million, Fred Harran, Director of Public Safety for the Bensalem Police Department stated. Saturday, about 1:15 p.m., a traffic stop was initiated by Bensalem Police, on a 2001 Chevrolet Trailblazer SUV operated by 54-year-old Jerimias Donis-Garcia. Harran remarked this was a part of an ongoing investigation conducted by Bensalem police, in partnership with the DEA.

Jerimias Donis-Garcia, 54, was arrested during a traffic stop on Street Road. Police say Donis-Garcia had been the target of a long-term narcotics investigation. According to police, he was driving a 2002 Chevy Trailblazer with Florida registration plates on Saturday when he was stopped. During the stop, police say, officers used police dogs to alert them to the presence of drugs. In it, they say, police found eight kilos, or roughly 15 pounds, of meth.
