That location closed several months ago, as the EOHU moved its main Cornwall clinic site to the Benson Centre. If an email address was provided when registering, the EOHU said it has sent a message to that address with information. People who had second doses booked for July 14, 15, 19, 22, 28, or 29 should be contacted by phone to reschedule their appointments as there are no clinics scheduled for those days at the Benson Centre. If these individuals are not called and it’s within four days of their appointment, they should call the health unit at 613-933-1375, or toll-free at 1-800-267-7120.
