Itâs been a few days since Josh Duggar was arrested by federal agents and booked in Washington County, Arkansas. At the time of the arrest, it was unclear what the former
19 Kids and Counting star was being charged with, but in the days since, itâs slowly come out that he was booked on child pornography charges. Now an agent attached to the case has spoken out, calling some of the images among âthe worstâ heâs seen.
This week, Homeland Security Investigations Special Agent Gerald Faulkner testified on behalf of the prosecution. Speaking in court, the agent detailed some of the files Josh Duggar is alleged to have downloaded. Several of these files were described and include video content of children being abused between the ages of 18 months and 12 years. It was that imagery that Faulkner called âin the top five of the worst of the worst that I ve ever had to examine.

The 33-year-old former reality star, who was arrested in Arkansas last month, appeared in court on Wednesday after pleading not guilty to receiving and possessing material depicting the sexual abuse of children.

Josh Duggar won t be able to return to his Arkansas home even if he is out of prison. The
19 Kids and Counting alum, who has been arrested on child porn charges, is said to be prohibited from seeing his six children if he is released on bail.
The 33-year-old s attorney is reportedly requesting he be released on bond prior to his trial, which is set on July 6. In response to the request, U.S. Chief Magistrate Judge Erin L. Wiedemann said, Given the nature of the charges against him, the court would likely require a third-party custodian that he could reside with.
