The Honda H’ness CB350 has witnessed its second price hike since its launch, late last year.

Back in October 2020, Honda launched its Royal Enfield rival, the
H’ness CB350 at Rs 1.85 lakh (DLX) and Rs 1.90 lakh (DLX Pro). A few months later it saw its first price hike, which took prices up to Rs 1.86 lakh and Rs 1.92 lakh, respectively. The second and latest price hike has now taken prices up to 1.90 lakh and 1.96 lakh, which is a total increase of around Rs 5000 since its launch.

During a virtual launch at the Indonesia International Motor Show (IIMS) 2021, Benelli introduced the Benelli Dong electric scooter. With rather unique styling, the Dong is latest in electric mobility technology which has seen an upsurge of interest in Malaysia’s ASEAN neighbour.
The Benelli Dong drew attention of the public due to its styling as well as the “floating” rear end. Designed for the urban environment, the Dong is capable of seating two, with monoshock suspension front and rear.
A 1.2 kW rear wheel hub-mounted electric motor provides motive power, fed by a swappable 1.56 kWh battery which is removable for charging. In this configuration, the Dong gets a 60 km range from a single charge, with a maximum speed of 45 km/h.

Benelli has just unveiled a new electric scooter for the Asian market, and it’s called the Dong. Focused on the Asian market, the Dong has likely been developed in-house by Benelli’s Chinese parent company, Qianjiang Group. While Benelli are yet to specify which markets in Asia the Dong will be launched in, for now the brand has announced prices in the Indonesian market.
