£22K share for West Cumbrian organisation

A West Cumbrian organisation has benefitted from a share of funding from Comic Relief and UnLtd. Calderwood House and Women Out West are two social enterprises set up by founder Rachel Holliday, who said: It s wonderful that we are going to get £22,000. UnLtd have supported me since before Calderwood House with £5K for a laptop and architect and they gave us £15,000 to help build Calderwood House. They are a great funder, luckily Julieanne Kelly helped with the application - she is amazing. And a big thank you to UnLtd for backing me from the start even before WOW when I had to drive down to Bradford for my first ever Dragon s Den style three person panel.

The campaign has gained a lot of support both locally and nationally and this time she has teamed up with Sarah Hogg from Sedbergh who aims to complete a running challenge for domestic abuse charities.
