The selection of candidates for HPCL Engineer Jobs 2021 through HPCL Recruitment 2021 will be done through a Computer-Based Test (CBT), Group Task, Personal Interview etc. as notified in the HPCL Notification 2021.
Candidates shortlisted for HPCL Engineer Jobs 2021 through HPCL Recruitment 2021 will be paid emolument in the pay scale of Rs. 50,000 to Rs. 1,60,000 per month.
Educational Qualification and Age Limit
The qualification must be 4-year full time regular engineering course from AICTE approved / UGC recognized University/Deemed University with minimum 60% marks for UR/OBCNC/EWS Candidates and 50% for SC/ST/PwBD candidates, under the relevant engineering stream. The maximum age limit should be 25 years of age.
HPCL Engineer Recruitment 2021: Selection Process
The selection process may comprise of various shortlisting tools like Computer Based test, Group tasks, Personal Interviews. Computer Based Test will be of objective questions with no negative marking and will comprise of 2 parts- General Aptitude and Technical / Professional Knowledge. Candidates must secure minimum qualifying marks in each of the stages i.e. Computer Based Test, Group Task, and Personal Interview to be considered for the further selection process.
