Goreh-Jask pipeline project 70% complete

This strategic plan will be implemented on time, despite the sanctions and the conditions prevailing in the country in terms of the spread of the coronavirus.” The official announced the supply of more than 96% of the goods and equipment of the project by domestic manufacturers, and said: “This is an all-Iranian project and we can boldly say that the most of the items required for this national plan have been provided by domestic companies.”

ISOICO to build 1st Iranian-made jack-up drilling rig Iran Shipbuilding and Offshore Industries Complex (ISOICO) has signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) with North Drilling Company (NDCO) for the construction of the country’s first locally-made jack-up offshore drilling rig. The MOU was signed by the ISOICO Head Hamidreza Rezaei and the NDCO Managing Director Masoud Eydi on the sidelines of the 25th edition of Iran International Oil, Gas, Refining, and Petrochemical Exhibition (Iran Oil Show). Based on the MOU, the two sides will cooperate in designing and constructing the mentioned drilling rig which will be used for the development of oil and gas fields in shallow waters of the Persian Gulf.

Talking on the sidelines of the inauguration in Tehran of the 25th Oil, Gas, Refining and Petrochemical Exhibition, the Iranian minister also pointed out a steep increase in Iran s access to its own funds abroad during the same period. Zanganeh further said the exhibition in itself shows the failure of sanctions against Iran, and added that Iran s oil industry is alive. The minister declined to offer any figures on the country s exports, arguing that the economic war is not over yet.
