Laird, 44, was last seen at 4 p.m. Tuesday at the Missouri State Fairgrounds in Sedalia.Authorities said Laird was working the outer grounds when he disappeared. He was on a work release job through the Tipton Correctional Center in Tipton, Missouri.Anyone who has seen him is asked to call 911.
