Croatian Volleyball Federation opens its new offices in Zagreb
FIVB President Dr Ary S. Graça Fᵒ this week opened the Croatian Volleyball Federation’s (HOS) new headquarters in Zagreb with European Volleyball Confederation (CEV) President Aleksandar Boričić and HOS President Ante Baković.
The opening of the headquarters marks an important milestone in HOS’ volleyball journey after an earthquake damaged its previous home.
FIVB President Dr Ary S. Graça Fᵒ said:
‘’The opening of this incredible new home for the Croatian Volleyball Federation is an important moment. From their new home, they can continue their work in building strong national teams which is the key to creating a strong volleyball community.

If you have ever visited Split then you have most likely rubbed the big toe of the statue of Grgur Ninski (Gregory of Nin) for good luck.
But not many people know that you can also rub the big toe of the statue of Grgur Ninski for good luck in two other places in Croatia. But first, a bit more about Grgur Ninski.
Who was he?
Grgur was the bishop of the Croatian town of Nin from 900-929. He was the head of Nin Church which at that time meant being the head of the whole Croatian Church and he was under the strong protection at the time of King Tomislav of Croatia.
