Another teenager has been charged in connection with a shocking assault on a pensioner who was sent headfirst into the River Mersey by a flying kick. Disturbing footage, which the ECHO has chosen not to publish, shows a man dressed in a black gilet kicking the pensioner with force as he stands on the bank of the Mersey.
As he floundered in the waters those responsible ran away, and laughing could be heard.
