Sally Anne Holtz was pronounced dead Sunday after her vehicle collided with a Toyota Tundra while driving southbound in the northbound lanes of Highway 281, San Antonio Police said. Holtz died of blunt force injuries, the medical examiner said. According to police, witnesses said they saw Holtz make an illegal U-turn on Highway 281. She then traveled “several miles” before crashing head-on into the Toyota, police said.
