UPDATE: Beck Row collision – two people remain in hospital in serious condition – RWSfm 103 3

Posted on Police are issuing a further witness appeal after two people were seriously injured following a collision at Beck Row near Mildenhall. Officers were called to the scene on the A1101 at Beck Row at 3.32am on Thursday 7 January following reports that a blue Honda Accord had collided with road signage. Two people remain in Addenbrookes’ hospital following the collision, one person is in a serious but stable condition, the second is in a critical but stable condition. The road was closed in both directions for an investigation to take place. Police are particularly interested in hearing from any drivers who may have been travelling on the A1101 during the early hours of Thursday 7 January around the time of the incident.

Published: 6:29 AM January 7, 2021    Updated: 11:18 AM January 7, 2021 The A1101 has been closed at Beck Row after a serious one-car crash near to RAF Mildenhall. - Credit: Google Maps Two people have suffered multiple life-threatening injuries following a one car crash which has closed a busy road near RAF Mildenhall.  Suffolk police initially attended the scene on the A1101 in Beck Row at 3.30am this morning after receiving reports of the collision.  Three fire crews were also called to the area, one from Brandon, one from Mildenhall and one from Newmarket.  They remained on the scene for an hour to assist the police.
