Take steps now to protect tender plants from the cold. To prevent
freezing and possible bursting of outdoor water pipes they should

Free drive-thru COVID-19 testing: 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Mondays through Thursdays and every second Saturday of the month at the Texas State University Round Rock Campus, 1555 University Blvd. This is a free, state-supported test collection site, operating at no cost to the individual. Participants do not need symptoms to be tested and no insurance is required. No appointments are necessary, although pre-registration at texas.spartancovidtesting.com is recommended. Results will be available three to five days after testing. Participants will receive an automated text and/or email with results once available. American Airlines
In honor of Earth Day on April 22 and National Park Week from April 17 to April 25, American Airlines customers will have the opportunity to donate AAdvantage miles to the National Park Foundation through the airline’s new Miles for Our Planet initiative. Starting on April 17, AAdvantage members can donate their miles to organizations that protect and preserve our planet’s natural resources and help to combat climate change. The initiative made possible through the airline s new partnership with the National Park Foundation, which aims to encourage exploration of the natural wonders, historic sites, cultural treasures, and national parks across the country.
April 18 to 24 marks this year’s Earth Week celebration hosted by William & Mary Sustainability, giving the campus the opportunity to come together, listen and learn about the planet and each other.

CitySpace series to conclude with virtual event
EASTHAMPTON The fourth and final evening of CitySpace Presents virtual series will take place Sunday, April 18, and will feature area actors performing some of western Massachusetts’s esteemed literary figures’ writings.
“Restoring Community: Valley Writers Inspiring Theatre,” is a virtual event featuring actors Phanésia Pharel, Annelise Lawson, Tony Aidan Vo, and Austin Jones. The performances will highlight the work of authors Ocean Vuong, Charlise Lyles, Emily Dickinson and David Foster Wallace.
